- SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We process orders Monday through Friday and can get all your swag out of our warehouse within 7-10 business days
- Production Time: 5 – 7 business days. Each of our product is handcrafted only for you, so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient.
- Shipping Time: It takes 15 – 21 business days to successfully delivered.
Currently, we only ship within the USA.
- Shipping rates are:
$5.99 for all products, for the USA
The highest rate is applied once to the whole order.
While we suits use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.
2. CONFIRM ORDER
Normally, after your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or contact us Mail: [support@masakonishi.com].
In some cases, we can send an email/SMS/call to you to confirm some information about your order. After that 7 days:
- For address or high order value (more 3 items), we will cancel your order and refund. But we also charge you $10 (Payment gateway fee);
- For the other cases, we will continue to process and you cannot change or cancel the order.
3. ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 7-10 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
Note: Transit times do not include the time taken to prepare your order before shipment!

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered, you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your package as once the item is bagged we don’t have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if the problems still persist kindly email us Mail: support@801customthreads.com we’ll try our greatest to help you.
Sometimes tracking information won’t be available. This could be due to technical issues because of which the tracking information isn’t updated on the app. In such cases, if you’re still unable to locate your item, contact us
4. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
During a “free worldwide shipping” sale, orders that are returned back to us due to an incomplete or unknown address OR packages that are refused/return to sender will be refunded LESS what the shipping and handling charges would have been without the promotion.
